I went in to have them check out my battery as it wasn't starting as usual. As always, they did a first class job of diagnosing what was happening and ordered a new battery. I stayed around and waited for the new battery to get there. I was impressed with the way they interact with customers. Great service as always!

I am so grateful with the service Mike and his employees provided me with this week! When I filled my car with gas, it wouldn't start. Eventually it would start but this happened several times. I was concerned about being stranded especially in the evening. Mike and his service men worked me in the day after I called them. I dropped my car off Thursday morning and by Thursday afternoon at 4:00 it was fixed. I highly recommend Memorial Conoco Car Care to everyone that is looking for excellent customer service!
