The crew at Memorial Conoco always does a great job and provided excellent customer service too.

Being as busy as anyone is today, Memorial Conoco send out emails as reminders to help plan my car servicing. It may sound like a simple thoughtful assistance, but to me, it keeps me on my toes to make sure I never miss having my car serviced. The last time I had my car serviced was on Saturday 26th October 2013. While waiting I watched other customers come and go and it felt good to see how people are acknowledged, like old friends. Its nice to be more than a customer, its even nicer to be attended to like I was the only customer. Well done , Memorial Conoco, I will be back of course, and now have a place to get my haircut too (just around the corner). My thanks for all your care.

Just had my oil changed. Everything was fine, always.

We broke down and had to stay at a hotel in I-10. In the morning we called memorial conoco car care. Eddie, the owner picked us up & drove our car to the shop w/ the battery charger attached, saving us money on a potential to. He even dropped us back @ our hotel while they worked in the car. The price to fix the problem (serpentine belt came off) was around $350, right what we expected. Now we can get back on the road & head to New Orleans where we are supposed to be spending our honeymoon. They were honest, fair & went above & beyond @ memorial conoco.

Came early on the 19th without appointment and Ed was courteous and helpful. I'll be back. Paul Doran
