These guys have taken care of my family's cars for years and have always been excellent, efficient and fair. You can always trust them to only take care of what is necessary and to do it quickly. They have even given us rides home when we had to drop off a car! They are by far the best mechanics in Houston.

We have been customers of Mike's for 15+ years. Excellent service and always takes care of us. His staff have even gone to our daughters rescue in car emergency situations. Mike Balzer & his techs are just a great bunch of honest, hard working REGULAR people. I was recently going out of town to a convention. I had many things to do the day before. I walked out to my car & saw I had a flat. After several calls to see about getting roadside service, Mike & Ed came to my house, put a spare on, drove away, went back to the shop & fixed my flat, which I got back later that afternoon. They didn't need to do that. They just did it anyway! I appreciate their keen sense of detail. I want to drive my car for many more years! They make the necessary repairs & nothing more. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I have been working with these guys for about 3 years. They always take care of me! I just left today and I thought I needed a Alternator (that's what Triple A told me) and after they ran a test on my car all I needed was a battery. You know most of the time when you are a female some mechanics will try to get over BUT NOT THESE GUYS! They are completely honest and straight forward about what needs to be done.
