Messed up our sensors and gave an attitude when we asked what happened to them and why we HAVE to pay $65 for them to replace tire pressure sensors that THEY broke!!!
THIS IS A DUPLICATE LISTING OF ANOTHER COMPLAINT: I am SO SORRY you are not pleased with our service. As we discussed on the phone, when you drove in the shop on a totally ruined tire, we dropped everything to try to help you (with several other people ahead of you for service). We took your broken up tire off the rim and installed and balanced a tire that you took out of the trunk for $22.00 and you were on the road again. The next day you came back complaining your tire pressure did not show on the dash (which we had nothing to do with) and, trying to help, we scanned the sensors and did not find the problem and asked toy to bring it back when we didn't have to put you ahead of everyone else. You returned the next day and even though we were covered up again, we sent a tech out to try to help you and explained to you he needed more time but you had at least one (1) sensor that was in need of replacement. You refused to spend any money and drove off upset. The $65.00 you referred to was to replace and program one (1) tire sensor, which is less than the regular price. When you called the shop, you insisted we have no idea what we are doing and just keep wanting to charge more and more money. After you calmed down you were asked the following questions, at which time you hung up: Do you have a job? How long could your employer stay in business if he/she only charged $22.00 for spending over an hour of his/her employees time on one job? It seems to us that we bent over backwards to make you a happy customer and nothing will satisfy you. This Google reply goes to all your friends who will be repeating your complaint (as you threatened) regarding this situation.
