Y’all… INCREDIBLE service. Recently my Acura started giving me problems - took my car to Memorial Conoco and they replaced a faulty part within a rather quick time frame and at a reduced cost from the dealer. When something was acting up a month later, they literally drove to get me and helped drive my car back to the shop. Fixed the issue, no questions asked and at no cost. Will absolutely continue to use them in the future and refer them to anyone looking for incredible service. I have NEVER in any circumstance received service like this and I could tell my safety and satisfaction was a priority to them. 10/10 recommend!

I've had the honor of knowing Mike Balzer for over 15 years, and he has those old fashioned values of putting the customer's needs 1st. I brought my 2023 Charger in for a simple oil change and he had the car checked from top to bottom. He's all about customer service, and that's something that you just don't see much anymore.
