Y’all… INCREDIBLE service. Recently my Acura started giving me problems - took my car to Memorial Conoco and they replaced a faulty part within a rather quick time frame and at a reduced cost from the dealer. When something was acting up a month later, they literally drove to get me and helped drive my car back to the shop. Fixed the issue, no questions asked and at no cost. Will absolutely continue to use them in the future and refer them to anyone looking for incredible service. I have NEVER in any circumstance received service like this and I could tell my safety and satisfaction was a priority to them. 10/10 recommend!

If your looking for a full service station that can perform any repairs on your vehicle, weather it's a domestic brand or an import, than look no further than Memorial Conoco! I've had the honor of knowing Mike Balzer for over 15 years, and he has those old fashioned values of putting the customer's needs 1st. I brought my 2023 Charger in for a simple oil change and he had the car checked from top to bottom. He's all about customer service, and that's something that you just don't see much anymore. Mike, Terri and their crew are very detailed oriented and run a professional repair shop. If you take a prior appointment from them, they do not make you wait excessively like at some repair shops. I took my car to get air conditioning checked and fixed as it did not cool as much as it used to. They clearly explained to me the process they would follow and suggested a time at which I can bring the car and the time it would take. They stuck to the timelines and the initial quote provided, and the car air conditioning (for a 8+ year old car) is now as good as new! Plus you get the satisfaction of supporting a local small business and not a faceless corporate chain or dealership. They will be my go to repair shop from here on. Highly recommend!
