Wow couldn't believe it. I have a 2003 Honda Civic and noticed that the oil in my car looked like chocolate milk ( which can be really bad) I took it to Memorial Conoco and had them look at it they told me that my block was cracked and to get it fixed would cost me near $4000.... I had my brother a tow truck driver pick my car up and take it to my dads mechanic, He looked at it and told me that it was just a problem with my head gasket leaking and it would cost me $350 to get it fixed!!!!! I had him print that out for me and went back to Memorial Conoco and showed them.... they flat out said that I was lying and the shop my family has been using for 17 years didn't know what they were talking about, Im a 19 year old girl so Im pretty sure they quoted me so high cuz they thought I would just pay to get it fix and not have someone else look at it but to call me a liar and say another shop didn't know what they were talking about... Come on they where just RUDE and over priced I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THEM!!!!!

We have been using Memorial Conoco Car Care for the past several years, as our car has aged and needed more attention. It "died" a few weeks ago, and we were faced with the very difficult decision about whether to just bury it or try resusitation. After consultng with Mike, who offered unbiased advice, we decided to revive the old girl, and now she purrs like a young kitten. Job well done, and well worth it!

As always, excellant analysis of problem, followed by excellent repairs to solve said problem. Work always done in a timely manner, and at reasonable prices.

I am very appreciative of the quality service I get at Memorial Conoco Car Care. Mike Balzer, General Manager, runs a great ship and has always provided a great experience for me. I appreciate their keen sense of detail for my 2007 Volvo S 80. They are one of a very few full service gas stations. When you walk in, you know you'll be treated with respect and get some laughs along the way! I highly recommend them for any automotive repair.

I had an appointment for an oil change and took my car in on my lunch hour. The work was done and I had plenty of time to return to work on time.
