Walked in without appt. and was seen right away. Mike was very accomodating and even offered me coffee while I waited. He went into detail about the problem with the a/c unit and provided options for me. He was very sincere and did not try to hard sell me on the repair.

I would take my Lexus to Memorial Conoco over the dealership any day. I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of since I'm a female that knows very little about her car. I love the staff here at Conoco and I will keep coming back no matter how far I live.
