They have a Yelp coupon for $12 off service which they DO NOT UPHOLD. The oil service is $34.45, charge a $12.50 labor charges then charge .50 again for labor, $3.00 other fees, $3.00 for shop supplies + $2.81 sales tax. My total came to $41.40, I’m confused as to how my $12 coupon was used/adjusted to my total. I tried talking to the girl before and Mike the manager and they keep stating $12 was taken off but that’s IMPOSSIBLE! They’re very expensive and at this point liars. Can’t go back again, untrustworthy.
WOW!!! I'm sorry you're not satisfied. You've been coming here for a long time and it's always been the about same. Here is the breakdown: $12.50 Labor, $21.00 5 Qts oil, $10.45 oil filter, $3.00 oil filter disposal fee, $12.00 coupon from Yelp, $2.81 sales tax. Total $40.40 ($1.79 more than the last oil change). Unfortunately, pricing does go up from time to time but you were treated very fairly and we do appreciate your business. Thank you, Mike.
