Very disappointed. Have used them previously for minor stuff (inspection etc.) for a couple of years for all our cars. Today, walked in with my child and the owner was talking with another customer while not wearing a mask, while his employees were wearing masks. After the customer left I talked to him about an inspection and he’s literally coughing (heavily) 3-4 times, just smiles to me and says it’s ok, my COVID test was negative. I explained to him, as a physician, that is not a reason to not wear a mask (medically / clinically) inside a very tight space with 5 people in there. Very disappointed, as their customer service otherwise was always very good.
