As a woman, I am scared of going to a mechanic who will take advantage of my little knowledge of cars and overprice me. I always went to the dealership (my wallet didn’t appreciate it though). A co-worker recommended Memorial Conoco Car Care and I gave them a call. From the get-go, they were transparent and honest with my car’s problem (the dealership had explained to me what needed to be repaired before hand). I took my car to the shop, and I do not regret choosing them to take car of my car! Aside from the customer service experience, I appreciated the time Mr. Mike, Ed, and Richard took to answer my questions and concerns. They are very friendly, and took very good care of me and my car (especially my wallet!). I am glad to have found a mechanic I can trust and FINALLY save the trip AND money from going to the dealership. It’s a great mom and pop shop worth your time and money!!

The guy's are really helpful and then there's Mike, Mike is really good at working with you on issues with your vehicle and he explained everything before starting work .Kendra is a lovely young lady very knowledgeable about issues with your vehicle as well. When it comes to keeping you on the road, I completely trust Memorial Conoco and Mike .

Mike and this particular auto shop was highly recommended to me by a close colleague. He said they do great work, are thorough, honest and a great place to take my car. They lived up to every word and so far my car feels awesome. He ensured me everything was done correctly and to let him know if any problems arise and he’ll be sure to fix it. I’d highly recommend this shop and hats off to Mike for great service start to finish.

Pricing was fair and reasonable and I wasn't pressured to get something else "fixed" that wasn't needed. Great place, great people! I will definitely be back!
