I receive web updates from Memorial Conoco Car Care so it was the first place I thought of other than my dealer for my car repair. It was a bigger problem than I suspected but they made it seem easy and went out of the way to get the part needed so I could get my car delivered back to me as scheduled!

Good quality car repair, evaluation and assistance. Major oil leak repair and replace belt that was found cracked after inspection. Will continue to take our older Volvo to Mike and other qualified mechanics. I will continue to take our car to Memorial Conoco without hesitation.

Walked in without appt. and was seen right away. Mike was very accomodating and even offered me coffee while I waited. He went into detail about the problem with the a/c unit and provided options for me. He was very sincere and did not try to hard sell me on the repair.
