The people I interacted there were very professional and courteous. In addition they maintained communication with me and explained the details of the results of the car inspection. Plus they were just genuinely nice to talk with. Finally, I’ve received several follow up emails from them after the work was complete. This tells me that they value customer service which is where service business seem to fail but Memorial Conoco Car Care has not. I think they have gained a new customer. :) Thank you very much for your service.

Honest and friendly service! Rode around with me to listen to the problem i was describing with my vehicle. They were able to fix the issue quickly and even offered to give a ride to and from the shop since i lived in the neighborhood. I would recommend this mechanic shop to anyone!

I had to get my wife's car inspected after dealing with a check engine light. I hadn't completed the drive cycle so it didn't pass as a lot of the sensors were not ready. They worked with me when I came back and I was in and out in no time. This is a great neighborhood service station, and I'm glad they're in my neighborhood.
