Mike Balzer & his techs are just a great bunch of honest, hard working REGULAR people. I was recently going out of town to a convention. I had many things to do the day before. I walked out to my car & saw I had a flat. After several calls to see about getting roadside service, Mike & Ed came to my house, put a spare on, drove away, went back to the shop & fixed my flat, which I got back later that afternoon. They didn't need to do that. They just did it anyway! I appreciate their keen sense of detail. I want to drive my car for many more years! They make the necessary repairs & nothing more. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I have been working with these guys for about 3 years. They always take care of me! I just left today and I thought I needed a Alternator (that's what Triple A told me) and after they ran a test on my car all I needed was a battery. You know most of the time when you are a female some mechanics will try to get over BUT NOT THESE GUYS! They are completely honest and straight forward about what needs to be done.
