While there are many auto repair shops in Houston, few, if any, compare to Memorial Conoco Car Care! I have used them exclusively for the past several years for both our cars. Mike Balzer & his techs are just a great bunch of honest, hard working REGULAR people. I was recently going out of town to a convention. I had many things to do the day before. I walked out to my car & saw I had a flat. After several calls to see about getting roadside service, Mike & Ed came to my house, put a spare on, drove away, went back to the shop & fixed my flat, which I got back later that afternoon. They didn't need to do that. They just did it anyway! I appreciate their keen sense of detail. I want to drive my car for many more years! They make the necessary repairs & nothing more. I TOTALLY trust them. If you need a great place to get your vehicle serviced, don't hesitate to give them your business!
