Good service with satisfactory results.
I brought my F150 in for service because my check engine light was on. Well, the #2 spark plug was cracked and replaced. Rather than replace all the plugs and cables, the only charge was a trouble-shooting fee of $129, saving $100 or more. So, I treated them to pizza.

I called ahead to assure minimal wait time. When I arrived the work (safety inspection) started immediately. I was gone in minimal time feeling very good about the inspection, etc. Thanks.
