Took my Subaru here for an oil change and found their prompt service, honesty, and fairness a refreshing change from the usual pressure-filled visits to the dealer. I really appreciated that Mike and his team only changed or replaced what was needed, rather than trying to push unnecessary work on me. Just recently, the day before I was to drive out of town for the holidays, I noticed a small oil leak caused by a worn out drain plug washer. It's a $1 part, but the dealer wouldn't replace it without a complete and unneeded oil change. Rushed over to Memorial Conoco with the part. They took care of it for free in about 20 minutes. Super nice of them. I'll definitely be back when my car needs work in the future.
